As I have always advocated and am still advocating, we need to reaffirm with every new strategic plan to making our education and systems ABSOLUTE, we must want the best for every student. Student achievement has to be paramount, and we must pledge a renewed commitment to aligning our resources with goals and strategies that are focused first and foremost on helping our students discover their individual authentic personality, purpose, potential and process so as to enable every child/student achieve at his/her highest level, set goals as measured against global standards of academic excellence and performance.

The essence of Strategic Education Plan (SEP) in our present education and school systems is to enable and enhance the development of a thorough process for the emergence of a broad-based steering committee of individuals representing diverse perspectives across the school system and community that can design

ree

and develop a strategic curriculum for Achieving Academic Excellence and Life Relevance. Using SEP will form the foundation for better engaging initiatives, and intensive planning by and input from community leaders, parents, principals, teachers, employers of labor and students themselves.
